A low-capacity comb separator of 2000 kg / h is used in the manufacture of wine in small volumes. The design of the comb separator is simple and reliable: a perforated drum with bia is installed in the stainless steel hopper. The rotation speed of the drum is changed by a special regulator, for each grade and ripeness of the grapes you can set the desired speed. The DVEP20I comb model is equipped with wheels and can be easily moved. A centrifugal pump is supplied with the comb separator to transport the grape berry (after separating the comb) to a crusher or container.
