At the top of the monoblock is a comb separator, which consists of a hopper with a screw for loading grapes, a separated drum, a beater for removing ridges, a hopper for unloading ridges and a stainless steel case. The rotation speed of the beater is regulated depending on the grape variety and its ripeness, the rotation speed of the drum is constant. After the comb separator, the grape berry goes straight to the crusher. Crushing is carried out by rollers of a specially designed form. The gap between the rollers is adjustable, depending on the grape variety. One of the units - the comb separator or grape crusher, can be turned off, then the monoblock will perform only one function that will remain on - separation of the comb or crushing of grapes.
