The monoblock design is simple and reliable: at the top there is a comb separator, which consists of a hopper with a screw for loading grapes, a separated drum, a beater for removing ridges and a hopper for unloading ridges. The rotation speed of the beater is regulated depending on the grape variety and its ripeness, the rotation speed of the drum is constant. A grape crusher is located under the comb separator, crushing is carried out with 220 mm wide rollers. The gap between the rollers is adjustable.
