Productivity - 5, 10, 15 m3 / h. Principle of operation: Supply of water and individual ingredients to mixing tanks in the required volume and in the required sequence according to the recipe of the drink. Basic technological functions - Batch dosage of liquid components according to preset recipes; - Measurement of the amount of dosed ingredients by volume; - Deaeration in the flow of incoming ingredients; - Control of the formulation of the drink; - Keeping a technological log of the installation in real time; - CIP-washing installation from the washing station. - Automation system Based on the Siemens industrial controller, FESTO pneumatics, the operator dialogue with the installation is carried out using the Siemens technological touch panel on the control panel with the choice of the following modes in the menu: - manual mode (commissioning); - automatic mode (batch mixing of components according to a given recipe); - setting and parameter entry mode (service mode); - issuing alarm messages; - log output; CIP wash mode.
