The workshop is developed for the tasks of the customer. Example: a mobile workshop for processing meat raw materials with a capacity of up to 1000 kg. / change on the basis of two 40-foot containers. With the output of the following product: - Lumpy semi-finished products (shank, tenderloin, loin, entrecote on the bone); - small-sized semi-finished products (stew, azo, kebab, beef stroganoff); - minced meat (homemade, cutlet); - smoked meat delicacies; - Cutlets, meatballs; - Homemade dumplings (round, crescent). Today, such mobile workshops are popular in small and medium-sized food enterprises. They have the following advantages compared to traditional ones: - they build a workshop and equipment installation directly at the factory, which saves transportation and installation costs; - processing of raw materials and enterprise hygiene at a high level; -Modularity allows you to move the slaughter with support systems to a new place or to another region. The workshop is equipped with the necessary equipment for meat processing, equipped with microclimate systems, ventilation, water and electrical communications. The equipment complies with sanitary and hygienic requirements, labor safety rules, regulations of the Customs Union.
