The FALCON hybrid batch cutting machine gives you access to TREIF's technical know-how - now also in the boneless meat segment. Striving for non-waste production, we get one more slice from each piece of meat: with or without bones, by weight or thickness of the slice. A unique 4-dimensional camera system is used in combination with high-speed computer technology. Four cameras measure the product from all sides, providing the highest accuracy of cutting.
