Designed for mixing raw materials to the desired consistency with all components provided for in the recipe and manufacturing process. The sausage meat mixer has 2 (two) worm ampulized gearmotors, through which the rotation of the paddle screws mixing the product is carried out. The case, screws and deja sausage meat mixer is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, approved for contact with food. The safety of the operation of the meat mixer is ensured by safety grills mounted on top of the bowl. The use of a frequency controller allows you to vary the speed of mixing the product from 10 to 60 rpm depending on the quality and rheological properties of the mixed product.
