ConPro 200 HANDTMANN system

ConPro Handtmann as an entry-level model for the ConPro product range. The basic components of the Handtmann ConPro 200 are two vacuum syringes. While the main machine (VF 616) continuously delivers the mass of product, the auxiliary machine (VF 608 plus) accurately delivers the alginate paste gel to the coextrusion head. The leading position of the main machine in the system enables the individual determination of the shell thickness and guarantees a uniform measurable layer. This is the basis for the uniqueness of the ConPro Handtmann system and guaranteed reproducibility in terms of product quality, production costs and the production process. Options: -Filing and co-extrusion -Finishing and hanging -Finishing and shaping -Distributing into groups and stacking ConPro Handtmann improves the process of grouping and stacking. By grouping the batches using the Handtmann 310 grouping module, you can get various product options. The automated process ends with absolutely accurate laying out on the conveyor belt grouping 320 or precise stacking of the product in trays.
