Principle of operation: Boning equipment works according to the “diaphragm” principle. This principle takes effect when the product is placed in the diaphragm and the bone is pushed out of the meat using a piston. While the meat is held at the base, the bone is pushed through a hole in the center of the diaphragm, which removes the meat from the bone. Then the bone is cut off with a saw, which can be installed additionally, and the meat is removed using an unloading device.
