Gamma Aquapan is a ciabatta type flat dough machine, and includes 3 models with manual feed and removal. These include the AquaPan 1000, AquaPan 2000 and AquaPan 3000 models. The production operator places the dough tanks on the inlet conveyor, then the MRNS (Multi Rollers No Stress) satellite carefully places the dough before the discs divide it into strips. In turn, the guillotine performs cutting strips, getting dough blanks of the desired length. Then the production operator manually removes the sliced dough pieces to place them on various surfaces (sheets, baking sheets, conveyor ...). The most important difference between the three models is the width of the pipelines, as well as the possible settings and memorization of parameters depending on the recipes. The AquaPan 1000 model is equipped with a 40 cm wide conveyor and its body is made of sheet metal with a glossy effect, with manual settings.
