SOIAL mixing tanks are suitable for hot storage of the product before heat treatment or packaging. They are equipped with a stirrer at the bottom to maintain product uniformity. The tank consists of a horizontal cylindrical body with a jacket, where steam flows, a valve assembly for controlling the heating fluid, hatches for internal inspection, a low-speed mixer driven by a gear motor, a level sensor and spray heads for internal cleaning. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Some accessories are made of non-oxidizing materials, such as plastic, sanitary-grade resilient polymers and glass. The frame is made of stainless steel.
