The management of AM 2017 is optimal for defrosting, intensive cooling, cooking and baking, as well as for cold smoked and climate maturing products. The set, actual values and the name of the program are displayed alternately on the screen in one window. You can set the temperature inside and outside the chamber, the temperature inside the product, (the surface temperature of the product in the defrosting units), relative humidity, F and C parameters, as well as the time of each step. All controls can be connected to a central visualization and documentation system.
