Head pulling device

The device is used to pull out previously trimmed bird heads along with the trachea. The principle of operation of the installation is that the bird transported on suspensions falls between parallel working rods, which taper in the direction of movement of the conveyor, causing pinching of the bird's head, thereby mechanical separation occurs. The device can be suspended from the supporting structure of the overhead conveyor or mounted to the floor of the workshop. Thanks to the precise adjustment of the height and angle of the guides, the installation allows the processing of birds of various sizes.
