Automatic grinder Knecht USK 230 B - HV 208

The USK 230 B - HV 208 machine automatically grinds up to 100 cutter knives (500 L) per shift. The average sharpening time of one knife is from 1, 5 to 4 minutes, depending on its size. With each regrinding, the cutting profile is completely processed. The machine removes about 1.5 g of material in one pass. A 500 liter cutter knife can be sharpened up to 100 times. Sharpening of cutting tools up to 450 mm in size is possible.
