The slaughter module for small cattle is a fully equipped technologically complete section in the form of an autonomous unit, within which the operations are carried out: - stunning and slaughter of small cattle; - hanging the carcass on a suspension path using a hoist; - skinning; - internment (removal and sorting of entrails); - weighing and sending carcasses for storage. Moving the carcass from one position to another within the module is carried out using a suspension path. At all working positions there is appropriate equipment and mechanization, as well as sanitation and hygiene, such as sterilizers for knives, a non-contact washstand.
