Thermo-smoke chambers, allow to produce boiled sausage, sausages, sausages; smoked sausage, boiled and smoked ham; with their help it is possible to cook and smoke chickens; let out cold and hot smoked fish; sausage cheese. Our company produces TDK in different versions: collapsible and non-collapsible; from steel 3 or stainless steel, with a load of 100, 200, 400, 600 kg. The TDK kit includes self-propelled guns, a smoke generator, a universal frame. Currently, a cassette smoke generator is being installed at the TDK. Heating can be provided by shade or steam.
