The dumplings production line completely repeats the process of making dumplings at home. Dumplings weight from 5 to 14 g. Line productivity from 180 to 2500 kg / h. The equipment produces products from dough and various types of minced meat, it is possible to use potatoes as a filling. Technologically, the line allows the production of dumplings with a smooth or wavy edge. The dosage of the filling can be increased or decreased without stopping the machine. The shape of the semi-finished product depends on the matrix installed on the machine. At the request of the client, we offer another 12 different forms. The machine works with soft minced meat at a positive temperature up to + 14˚С, it is equipped with a double rolling of the dough. A compressed air supply system has been installed. The ratio of dough to minced meat 50/50. The machine is equipped with a frequency converter on all engines, which allows for a smooth start of the machine. Centralized lubrication system, recovery of its waste. Stainless steel filling and packaging machine, runs on polyethylene and composite materials, complete with 1 shaper pipe, thermal date printing unit. Touchscreen. An automatic machine with a weight batcher forms a standing bag with a lining or a “pillow”.
