Sepamatic 410 - meat and bone separator. Press fur. Boning Sepamatic 410 is designed to separate raw meat from unwanted components such as cartilage, veins, skin and bones. Great for separating pollock roe and cod from the oysters. The processed raw material is drawn between the highly elastic clamping tape and the perforated stainless steel drum rotating with it and is subjected to a short pressing-separating effect, which is increasing. Solid, large or sticky parts remain on the outside of the drum, and all softened parts are pressed inward through the drum openings. Flexible adjustment of the pressure of the clamping tape ensures the softest effect on meat raw materials. During processing, the raw material practically does not heat up, and comes out in the form of a coarse-grained meal, in which the muscle tissue retains its structure. By technological properties, it practically does not differ from meat minced in a top.
