Frobing enrobing machine

The machine is designed for continuous tempering of chocolate glaze and further coating of products. Glaze is heated in a water bath, which does not change the organoleptic properties of the product. The machine is controlled using a touch panel (touch screen) based on a microprocessor. The enrobing table is equipped with silicone cushions to reduce noise. Self-defense system (diagnostics), night mode, wear-resistant working mechanisms made of massive stainless steel, 9 glaze cooking programs. The width of the enrobing table is 320mm. Double glaze eliminates the possibility of marriage.
