For continuous operation of the dough divider, it is recommended to use a storage hopper for dough or a test run. The test run is a metal hopper made of sheet steel with a thickness of 2.5 mm with a wall inclination to the horizontal plane of at least 45 ° for a good gathering of the test. The upper opening of the test trigger for free entry into it of an inverted bowl with the dough is 200 mm larger than the diameter of the bowl and has a width of at least 1100 mm. To regulate the flow of dough from the hopper (test run), its lower hole is opened using a hydraulic damper that adjusts to the required opening range. The storage hopper for dough can serve one or two dough dividing machines. The storage hopper can take from 250 to 350 kg. test (+100 kg. test already in the bunker of the divider). This is a significant savings when buying a bowl for a two-speed mixer.
