Dough divider PVD-M vacuum-piston. Designed for continuous gentle division of the dough into pieces of the same volume. The dough divider is used in the production of hearth and shaped bread, various types of bakery (including small-sized, confectionery) products. The division mechanism has a vacuum principle of operation, the dough is divided into equal portions in volume. The output conveyor is driven by a separate motor. The height-adjustable exit conveyor makes it easy to integrate the machine into any production line. The basic configuration provides for the delivery of a machine with a short conveyor and a funnel made of stainless steel for 70 kg. Forced automatic lubrication with a circulation and filtration system saves oil up to 90%. The dough divider is equipped with a flour spreader, which prevents the workpieces from sticking to the conveyor. Manual weight adjustment using the steering wheel is standard.
