Designed for dispensing and forming stuffed meat products. The cutlet machine consists of a housing with drive elements mounted in it, a loading hopper with a feed blade and a pumping drum, as well as a forming mechanism and a discharge conveyor. The minced meat is fed into the loading hopper and, with the help of the feed blade and the injection drum, is sent to the forming mechanism, from where the molded products are pushed by the piston onto the discharge conveyor. Molding of products is carried out in three streams by a hydraulic filling system, control is carried out by a microprocessor. A distinctive feature of the cutlet machine is increased dosing accuracy and uniform distribution of forcemeat in shape.
