The TPPER TIE TTBagH bag sealing machine (formerly TB15) is perfect for efficient and environmentally friendly packaging of whole poultry. Easy operation allows the operator to pack up to 15 units per minute. Machine control is very simple: the bag opens, the bird slides into the bag (while the legs are pressed tightly), the throat of the bag is folded, a secure clip is installed with clips and the finished packaging is dumped onto the conveyor. High-quality packaging is provided by the leg clamping system, which holds the bird legs together during the clipping process. The TTBagH is equipped with a special clipper that uses Z95 series reel clips. Thanks to this, the bags are equipped with very strong and reliable clamps that can withstand continuous processing. The result is an attractive, durable and securely closed final packaging.
