The TPPER TIE TTBag bag sealing machine (formerly TB10) is perfect for efficient and environmentally friendly packaging of whole poultry. Easy operation allows the operator to pack up to ten units per minute. Machine control is very simple: the operator pushes the bird carcass into an open bag with a piston, presses the wings and legs on the table on the bird’s body, wraps the bag and puts the bag in a clipping device. Everything is very simple! Bags with holes of various sizes may be used; in addition, each module has an additional table, which, depending on the configuration of the packaging line, can be located to the left or right of the packet sealing device. Using the vertical clipping modules Z9195 or SUST1100 made of stainless steel, the bags are closed with strong and reliable reel clips, which ensure reliable sealing of the bag and a long production time. The result is an attractive, durable and securely closed final packaging.
