Inwestpol ANS-54 injector

Inwestpol ANS-54 injector equipment designed for introducing brine into meat with a needle. It can be used for injection of various types of meat: poultry, pork and beef with or without bone. The device belongs to the new generation of equipment equipped with a Mitsubishi servo drive, which makes it possible to produce accurate and repeat extrusion. The processor with a touch panel allows you to program the following parameters: - the height of the needle raising and lowering - the speed of the needle head moving up and down - the position of the needle tilt - the conveyor belt step - the pressure value - the injection moment The needle unit is tightly closed, without flexible wires, needles and pressure the plate is pneumatically shock-absorbed, the valve feeding into the needle brine opens pneumatically, and the servomotor itself is mounted above the conveyor, which prevents it from filling and heating of the raw materials. A stainless steel centrifugal pump with a free adjustment of its performance is installed. The machine is adapted to work with a rotary slit filter (see FS Brine Filter), which is an integral part of this injection device. It is recommended that a device with such extrusion capabilities (capacity) be equipped with a brine preparation station (see SP brine preparation station).
