The Rotor oven with a rotating platform is a furnace with a heating element located on the rear panel, designed for baking a wide range of bread, bakery and confectionery products, both small and medium-sized. The rotation of the trolley and the uniform distribution of air flow contribute to a uniform and gradual baking. The furnace is completely made of stainless. steel with a single baking chamber, can be removed at any time, and it takes a minimum of time to assemble it. No toxic materials were used in the manufacture of the furnace. It is equipped with a digital control panel using 99 recipe and regulation of up to 8 baking phases.
