Wolf king twin paddle mixer ideal for large volume product through put. Both of the mixers are capable of working on there own. The top is air operated. The mixer measures 2950mm long, 1620mm wide and 1700mm high. The twin-shaft mixing unit has side-byside paddle mixing for fast and homogeneous distribution of meat, fat, additives and liquids. An integrated grinder between the mixing wings delivers constant capacity throughout the batch. The mixer has a 850 litre capacity.
