This device is designed for sealing finished containers in a gas-modified environment. The maximum width of the film is 550 mm, respectively, the working size of the matrix is 550x600 mm. The machine performs an automatic packing cycle in the following sequence: the operator places the tray in the matrix, the matrix moves to the packaging zone where air is evacuated, the chamber is filled with gas, the film is sealed and cut along the contour of the tray, then the matrix returns to its original position. The dimensions of the tray are agreed in advance, if you need to solder several types of trays, then you need to order an additional set of dies. The machine has a photosensor, which allows you to work with color films. To increase productivity, a larger capacity vacuum pump can be installed.
