BS-1540X bottle cap shrink tunnels provide high speed and quality packaging for cans and bottled products. Fine-tuning of the technological process is achieved thanks to the electronic temperature controller in the heat chamber and the flexible adjustment of the height and speed of the conveyor belt. In addition, a special turbine is provided in the shrink apparatus BS-1540X, which accurately captures the cap when packing bottles and retains its shape. The equipment easily adapts to any standard size of products. Reliable stainless steel heaters are designed to work intensively on industrial packaging lines. A pair of powerful blowing engines provides rapid polymer shrinkage.
