The packaging machine is designed to pack small piece goods according to the “FLOWPACK” principle, such as candy, cake, cookies, soap, stationery, etc. A film with a maximum web width of not more than 250 mm is installed in the apparatus. The machine is controlled using the PLC controller. Two drives are used in the design: one drive goes to supply the product, the second to drive the transverse jaws. Drives are controlled by frequency converters, which in turn allows to reduce the amount of rejects and improve the quality of packaging. A photo sensor is installed in the packer, which allows you to orient the color film and cut it, observing the pattern on the package.
