This machine is widely used for packaging a large assortment of products of the correct form, both food and non-food. Products can be further strengthened and packed in containers. The maximum web size of the packaging film is 450 mm. In the design of the packer, two frequency-controlled drives are used, the packet length and machine performance are set via the PLC interface of the controller. Thanks to the separate drive for feeding and cutting the bag, it is possible to achieve good packaging quality and reduce the amount of rejects. For temperature control, PID controllers are used, which allows you to very accurately control the temperature of the package sealing.
