The separator is designed to separate the meat from the bones remaining after deboning. A unique separator head system and a hydraulic pressing system make it possible to process even non-crushed pre-bones. The separator can process various types of raw materials: pork, beef, lamb, horse meat. In the process of meat separation, the raw materials do not require preliminary freezing, since the temperature of the resulting meat does not increase much.
