Designed to produce fuel briquettes from sawdust. K1 - is designed for processing sawdust and shavings with a fraction of 3-5 mm and a moisture content of 8-12%. 1. Chipping machine 2. Chip processing unit 3. Drum dryer 4. Mechanized hopper 5. Feeding auger with frequency regulator 6. UBO-3 briquetting unit MILLING SECTOR: Logging and woodworking waste is fed to the chipping machine, where it is chopped into technological wood chips. From the chipper, the resulting chips are fed to the chip processing plant. The resulting fine chips are sent to a drum dryer. Sawdust and fine chips can be fed directly to the drum dryer, bypassing the chipper and the chip processing plant. DRYING AREA: Moving along the drum, the crushed waste is blown with hot air heated by a solid fuel heat generator. Dried raw materials are fed to the operational mechanized hopper. BRIQUETTING SITE: From the hopper with a screw conveyor with a frequency controller, the raw materials are fed to the UBO-3 briquetting unit. Briquettes coming out of UBO-3 in the form of a continuous rod are sawn to the required length and are packed in a plastic film using a heat-shrinkable packaging machine.
