Smoke is produced by the passage of superheated steam through wood chips. The steam smoke generator can be supplemented by a condensing exhaust atomizer. The smoke generator is used to produce smoke for smoke and climate chambers. The smoke generation process is automatic and is controlled by a microprocessor control system.
