Grinder system - tops GEA FlexLoader HANDTMANN

This line serves to further automate the process of preparation of minced meat - portioning - distribution into groups - stacking in deep-drawing machines or similar packaging machines. The GEA FlexLoader system accepts portions of minced meat up to 250 mm wide from the pre-installed Handtmann minced meat line and automatically loads them into the thermoformer. Portions of minced meat fed in the same direction along the conveyor of the GMD 99-2 Handtmann device are registered by the FlexLoader system with laser light sensors and pre-distributed in groups in rows, coming from one reversing conveyor to the second reversing conveyor. Then, all the portions of minced meat preliminarily distributed in groups corresponding to the configuration of the thermoformer are stacked during the reverse movement of the second conveyor into a deep drawing packaging machine. As a result of the signal exchange, the FlexLoader system is synchronized with the Handtmann minced meat line and the connected packaging machine.
