The ESM 4550 is ideally suited for the manual removal of skins from round pieces of meat. And the ESM 4550/1 model allows you to simultaneously degrease the ham and the blade: by additional installation (without tools) of the double knife beam, the skin is separated from the fat, and the fat from the meat, which facilitates processing and increases the yield! To simplify the processing of various round pieces of raw materials (ham, shovels, shanks), special supports and work tables are supplied.
