Manual degreasing machine Maja ESM 4550/1

The ESM 4550/1 model is ideally suited for manual removal of the skin from round pieces of meat and allows the fat and ham to be degreased at the same time: by additional installation (without tools) of the double knife beam, the skin is separated from the shepherd and the shep (fat) from the meat, which facilitates processing and increases output! If only skinning is carried out, then the knife bar for degreasing is suspended from the rear of the machine. To simplify the processing of various pieces of raw materials (ham, shoulder blades, shanks), special work tables are supplied.
