Karpowicz OSK-e scalding and bristle removal machine

Application: The machine for scalding and removing bristles is a device used in slaughterhouses for scalding and mechanical removal of bristles from pork carcasses weighing up to 300 kg. Construction: The scalding and bristle removal machine is made entirely of acid-resistant steel. The working part consists of a scalder, as well as a drive part and a control unit. A double-walled heating system, two drums for removing bristles and a device for throwing out pig carcasses are installed inside the scalder. The scalder has two lids for loading pork carcasses from the back or front of the machine. A convenient bristle separator is installed in the side. Heating options: electric, gas burner, oil burner or steam heating [max. pressure 0.5 bar].
