Defroster VEMAG thaw low-temperature meat, fish or poultry economically, reliably and qualitatively. Defroster is ideally suited for the thawing of quarter cattle, pork half carcasses, poultry, meat or fish in frozen blocks, in packaging and without it. With the additional option “cooling”, you can use your defroster as a storage room and after defrost automatically switch to the warehouse operation mode.
