Tanks are designed for the accumulation and kneading of chocolate masses, as well as maintaining a given temperature of the masses. They are equipped with a jacket and a pump for water circulation, PID-sensors for monitoring the temperature of the water in the jacket, a frame stirrer driven by a motor with a gearbox, electric heaters, an electromagnetic valve and automatic equipment to maintain the set temperature of the kneaded mass. Filling the tank is possible manually or by pump. Capacities are made of food stainless steel. Capacity of containers: 50, 100, 200, 300, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000, 6000, 7500 liters.
