Manual injector Ihelper SZS-10

The manual injector consists of a brine tank with a stirrer, a high pressure pump with an adjusting pressure reducer, and a gun with needles. The operator manually introduces a brine into the product using a special “gun”. The advantage of this equipment is: compactness, it can be quickly moved in the workshop; the ability to easily fill a large piece of meat with brine; the ability to connect two guns
