The injector is intended for the introduction of a salt solution (marinade) into the product and is used for products such as meat (with or without bones), poultry, fish. An injector can reduce salting time, increase the taste and yield of finished products. The width of the working area is 350 mm. As a conveyor, a rack and pinion mechanism is used, which increases the reliability of the machine. The machine is used in small industries, in workshops. Main advantages: Stepless adjustment of the brine supply pressure and adjustment of the conveyor pitch allows achieving the optimal mode for each product. Machine control occurs through the interface on the control panel. The main drive uses frequency regulation, which allows you to smoothly control the degree of injection. Thanks to the special attachment of the needles, it is possible to work with meat on the bone, each needle is movable and will not break when it enters the bone. A quick-detachable mechanism is used to attach the needles, thanks to which you can easily and quickly replace the needle or clean it. the design of the injector has a built-in pneumatic cleaning for needles. The German-made water pump provides excellent pressure and reliability characteristics. The kit includes a tank for the preparation of brine with a stirrer, and triple filtration of the brine is also provided for cleaning the brine and preventing clogging of needles.
