Serbian barrel of cherry, 10 l

A 10-liter Serbian-made cherry barrel, equipped with a stand, cork and tap, is a great gift for a moonshiner and a winemaker. After all, containers made from cherries are excellent for aging and storing home-made alcohol due to its unique properties. This wood promotes the development of an oxidizing environment in the drink and thus accelerates its maturation. In a cherry barrel, alcohol takes on a rich color. The low content of tannins in this wood contributes to a more versatile disclosure of the taste of the drink. The Serbian cherry barrel is made using traditional technology from chipped sturdies without the use of chemical materials; wide hoops made of galvanized steel are used to strengthen the structure. Such a barrel is reliable and has a long service life (more than 30 years).
