The machine for rinsing bottles of the linear type MO-3000.p is designed to automatically rinse the inner (optionally external) cavity of PET bottles with a capacity of 0.25 - 8.0 liters, productivity - 3000 bottles per hour. The machine bed is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The drive mechanism is a rotary pneumatic cylinder. The control system of the machine is based on the controller and touch panel and is installed in a stainless steel cabinet from Retal (Germany) with protection class IP63. The program allows you to change operating modes (rinse time, run-off time, productivity, number of bottles) both during commissioning and during operation without stopping the machine. Cases are made of organic glass, which allows you to visually monitor the operation of the machine. In case of an emergency (bottle tipping over, drop in water pressure at the inlet), light and sound signals are given and the machine stops.
