Semi-automatic rinse aid for bottles RPM-OP

Semi-automatic bottle rinse (cans, containers) is designed for small industries for bottling drinks and other liquids. Semi-automatic rinsers are available, reliable, functional and fit perfectly into the bottling line with a capacity of up to 2000 bottles / hour. The standard rinse bottle RPM-OP (photo 1) is made of stainless steel, equipped with two nozzles (photo 2), a pump (made of stainless steel), a rinsing liquid recirculation system (reverse system) with a tank and a filter system and is designed to rinse PET and glass containers as part of a bottling line with a capacity of up to 800 bottles / hour. When working on the installation, the operator sets the bottles in centralizers and, by pressing the valves, switches on the injection. After draining the rinse fluid, the “clean” bottles change to “dirty” and the procedure is repeated. If necessary, it is possible to manufacture semi-automatic rinsers of greater productivity, with the installation of up to 12 nozzles. The presence of universal bottle centralizers above the nozzle allows you to effectively work with PET and glass containers of various sizes without changing equipment.
