The RMT SPS-V SYSTEM has been developed specifically for mixing large quantities of dry ingredients. If smaller quantities need to be mixed, the preparation system must use the SPS-T system. As with most mixers, we use a pump with a venturi system on the bottom of the hopper to feed dry ingredients into the brine. Instead of using a 2-inch clamp and valve at the bottom of the hopper, we use a 4-inch clamp and valve, which improves flow dynamics. In any Venturi type mixing system, the feed rate of the ingredients depends on the speed of the brine passing through the venturi. Inside our system there is a powerful centrifugal self-priming pump. The difference between other models available on the market is that our equipment never clogs when the brine thickens, but continues to work in that mode.
