The line consists of the following units: 1) Feed mechanism. 2) Sink chamber. 3) Heating chamber 4) Channel vortex blower FPZ 5) Control panel. Design and principle of operation. Banks by conveyor or manually are fed into the push station, where they are picked up by belts and sent to the washing chamber along the guides. In the washing chamber, the jar is choked while tilting it to the “neck down” position. Further, the bank, passing along linear guides, flows of air received from the vortex channel blower, partially removes moisture and breaks a large drop in the bank, before passing through the heating chamber. When passing through the heating chamber, the bank heats up, thereby evaporating moisture accumulated on the walls, at the end of the heating tunnel the bank is blown by nozzles to achieve the maximum effect and the requirements for the machine. At the bank site, it turns over to the “neck up” position, which makes it possible to use it in the further technological process.
