The cannon washer consists of three main nodes: 1) The node for feeding (pushing) cans. Using drive belts with a separate gear motor, the cans are pushed through the inverter and enter the washing zone. 2) Washing unit. In a washing machine, it is possible to use combined washing systems with a special solution, hot water or steam, rinsing, scalding or drying canned containers. Cans cans go through a series of nozzles and, already washed and scalded containers, are pushed to the next invertor (tilter). 3) The machine is equipped with a receiving bath with a circulation pump. With the help of electric heating elements or a steam coil in the bath, water or a solution for washing containers is heated. The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and polymers, equipped with an automatic control and automation system. Additionally, the canister can be equipped with a storage table.
