With large volumes of production of spherical dough pieces, it is possible to supplement the production line with the RheoPan® RotaBall rounding module. The eccentric movement of this dough rounder and the available settings for regulating the pressure force allow rounding dough blanks without any stress for the dough, especially for dough with high humidity. The weight of dough pieces from 200 to 3000 grams. Production capacity 1,500 doughs per hour (for higher capacities, the second RheoPan® RotaBall dough rounder can be integrated into the production set in parallel. The RheoPan® RotaBall integrates perfectly with the RheoPan® System thanks to the by-pass rounding option, allowing you to go directly from the RheoPan® dough divider Precision on the RheoPan® Armor HV dough sewing machine for dough pieces that do not need to be rounded.
