The Tregor PPR model has identical technical characteristics as the Tregor pastry grinder. The exclusive MERAND PPR system (Prélaminage Progressif et Régalble- Gradual and Adjustable Rolling) is added to it. Unlike the standard version of Tregor, on this machine, the pre-roll is automatically adjusted depending on the settings for rolling set by the production operator. This allows preliminary rolling even on dough blanks of low weight, for example for baguettes, thin loaves, oblong breads or rolls.
